JACK WOLFSKIN — the iconic German outdoor brand, now part of ANTA Sports EU (home to FILA, Arc'teryx Equipment, Salomon & more) — is growing our Finance team at our Gdynia headquarters.
We're looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join the Wolfpack.
What you'll do:
• Process vendor invoices & ensure accurate coding/posting
• Perform three-way matching (invoices, POs, receipts)
• Manage vendor accounts & resolve discrepancies
• Prepare & execute payment runs
• Support month-end closing & internal controls
• Drive process improvements & automation
What you bring:
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 2–4 years in Accounts Payable or Finance
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) • International or shared services background preferred
• Fluent English; German & other European languages a plus • Strong attention to detail & deadline management
