Junior Account Manager
Latam time-zone - Remote
We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Account Manager to join our growing Fintech team. Your primary mission will be to ensure a "zero-friction" onboarding experience for our new merchants. You will be the operational bridge that helps global businesses go live with our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Merchant Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end setup process for new accounts, including configuration of dashboards, payment methods, and fee structures.
• Technical Support: Assist merchants with API integrations. You will be responsible for helping with testing and troubleshooting during integration to ensure smooth "Go-Live."
• Product Training: Conduct walkthroughs and training sessions for merchants to ensure they fully understand our platform and tools.
• Operational Maintenance: Monitor daily transaction flows and assist with manual verification requests (pay-ins/payouts) in coordination with the support team and KAM.
• Relationship Management: Support the KAMs in maintaining high satisfaction levels across a portfolio of 100+ active merchants.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, ready to learn based on hand-off experience.
• Native Spanish or Portuguese. English is at a professional working proficiency level.
• Technical literacy is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Fintech environment with shifting priorities.
