Financial Business Partner ‒ FX Focus
Hybrid - Occasional Travels to Beijing
The company is looking for a financial business partner who has experience in FX services. Particularly, someone that can develop relationships with companies such as B2Broker, IS Prime, Finalto, among others. They must connect their in-house system with the previously mentioned companies and take their FX tradings to the next level!
Minimum requirements:
- Fluent English
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, treasury, or financial business partnering roles.
• Strong background in fintech, payments, acquiring, or regulated financial institutions.
• Solid experience working in international fintech environments with multi-entity and
multi-currency operations.
• Advanced knowledge of FX, including:
◦ FX exposure analysis
◦ Cross-border settlement flows
◦ Currency risk management
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience working with global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
Preferred / Strong Plus
Experience supporting acquiring or payment processing businesses.
Spanish - Portuguese or Chinese proficiency.
