We are looking for a Compliance Channel Complaint Specialist to act as the vital link between our global channels and internal technical/finance teams. This isn't just basic customer service; you will handle the "human filter" and legal documentation for complex cross-border payment disputes and compliance issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business.

  • Language (Strict Requirement):

    • Mandarin Natives: Must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.

    • International Candidates: Must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese AND Chinese.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional diplomatic and cross-cultural communication skills. You must be able to stay calm under pressure.

  • Technical: Proficient in data analysis (Excel) to summarize trends and drive resolutions independently.

Plus

  • Experience in FinTech, Cross-border Payments, or Compliance.

  • Familiarity with channel management workflows.
