To boost this company's operations in Chile, they need someone to expand their clients' portfolio and strengthen our local collaborations and partnerships with banks and other PSPs. Our company is keen on high-risk clients and has been operating like this since the beginning, so connections in this area are highly appreciated. However, FX business and import/export in Chile could also be of interest to the CEO. We are in the process of getting the CMF, so business should accelerate quite fast during 2026.
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years in the Fintech industry (hopefully PSPs with acquiring services). The banking system is also acceptable.
Proven track record of business expansion, important client acquisitions, and revenue growth within a year.
Country and regional managers are ideal; however, senior BDs and senior KAMs could also
work.
International mindset. Hopefully with previous international experience.
Mexico, Brazil, Peru, and Colombia market experience highly appreciate it.
